  I had an outstanding experience at this UPS Store thanks to two exceptional employees, Fatima and Kaycee. I came in needing to return a package without a label or proper packaging, and from the very beginning they went above and beyond to help me. Kaycee assisted me first and gave me helpful advice on how to package my item so it would cost less. When I returned the next day, I met Fatima — what a pleasant young lady. She took her time, didn’t rush me at all, and even researched the correct address online to make sure everything was accurate. She guided me through the entire process, helped me get the best shipping rate, and made sure I left with all the proper receipts. Great customer service is rare these days, but these two young ladies truly stood out. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism deserve to be recognized. UPS is lucky to have them!

  Great attitude of the team members. And a rapid printing job completed at the last minute always makes me happy I came here and not elsewhere.

  I had many AMAZON returns and Mark and Britney handled myself and many other customers with such professionalism and kindness! These people should be commended! They are consistently polite and handle large crowds with such ease! Thank you for such great service!

  Speaking of nice, it would be nice if you had A/C in your store. Not necessarily for the customers as we're in and out but the poor employees that are having to walk around with battery operated fans due to the store being a sweatshop and it's 100 degrees outside.
