- SSSkye ScarbroughAug 11, 20261.0Everyone has always been so nice in this post office. There is a new woman here who is absolutely horrible. She is nasty to everyone. She does not discriminate, lol. I actually had a woman in the parking lot wait for me to leave to ask me if it was just her or if she was really truly that nasty. I very nicely asked a simple question about how to package my order, and she looked at me straight in the face and said, “ That’s up to you. 1+1 = 2.” This was the best post Office around. Such a bummer.

When I started sending packages for Marketplace, I made a few mistakes to begin with, and this location’s postal clerks have always been exceptionally helpful, patient and aiming to provide the service I can in for, unlike the treatment I received SEVERAL times at the main, large Decatur post office. In particular, Ms. Towana, of the Avondale branch, has really gone above and beyond, and not just with myself; a nice lady customer pointed out Ms. Towana and remarked upon her great attitude and professionalism while we were waiting in the quickly moving line. Anyhow, I only use this location now, two thumbs up and five stars.
