  Absolute disaster, the staff act as if they are bureaucrats rather than entrepreneur - went there to print some articles and documents -5the staff acted like they were a monopoly instead of a nimble business. The franchisee needs to get staff who are more like owners. I cannot recommend this store.

  I currently in need a public notary service. I called this UPS store before I go. The lady on the phone told me that the person who do the notarizing service only be there after 5:00 P.M. So I went there after 5:00. The staff told me that notary service stop at 5:00, I should be there between 8:00 to 5:00. They shouldn't disseminate false information, because I have to get through heavy traffic to get there. What a waste of time. They should train the staffs not to lie.

  For almost a week, I was working on a very difficult visa application. When I got to the stage where I needed to purchase a return label, complete and mail the application, I headed out to my favorite UPS store on 3961 Floyd road, Austell, Ga. I was a bit anxious and didn't know what to expect, but as soon as I explained to Charlie what I needed, she immediately reassured me and we got started. The process was arduous and difficult and stretched on for hours. At a point, I even had to get on a chat with the embassy in other to resolve a problem that cropped up. Through it all, Charlie remained professional, extremely helpful and empathetic. She was in control and always knew what I needed. She made a difficult day more bearable and for that, I am very grateful. Thank you so much Charlie! I'm also grateful to Jerri who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Jerri.

  I drop off packages here and I had an incident that happened and I haven't been there since. I was per usual dropping off a package and I know it's for USPS but I had have no problem with them taking my packages and they would always state to me they couldn't give me a receipt which is perfectly okay. I had an more older woman take care of me and when I handed her the package she said this is a USPS package, we won't be able to give you a receipt awfully loud which lead to other customers staring. I stated yes I understand that I have dropped off packages here before. No apology or nothing from her.
