  Continues to mis-deliver mail, not leave a key to access the parcel container, or not deliver mail at all. I have complained to this office multiple times and yet the problems persist. This has been ongoing since moving here over one year ago.

  Went in to get change of address form. Their response was to go pay to do it online because they don't have the form. Cool...use your computer to put it in, but I guess that's too much effort.

  Jeffery the bald eagle that works here is very unprofessional! I went here to do an address change for me and my young child and this bald eagle told me your child has to have an ID in order to process the address change. He also takes his time when there is a long line of customers, he also plays around while on the clock. Also, don’t bother using the complaint form they don’t care about your complaint. They need to tear this location down. Hire workers that want to do their job because he sure doesn’t need to be working at the post office he needs a job holding signs or something.

  There is an old guy there, very inconsiderate, moving too slow intentionally, making drama with each and everyone very cold not considering people with injuries or old people who cant stand there on feet watching him trying to be funny, a lot of people left already

  Me and a few customers were standing in line for over 10 minutes due to clerk 12 walking away from the counter taking his precious time to come back and render service to the customers. As he approached the desk, he stood for another 5 minutes acting as if he was cleaning the desk off, bald up once piece of trash before throwing it away. Once it was time for me to come to the counter, I rated that I wasn’t satisfied with his customer service on the kiosk. He asked me why I gave him a sad face and I explained to him that due to him taking his precious time, he cause me to miss my Lyft ride exceeding my 10 minute wait frame. He told me to never come through his line again and he would make sure that he doesn’t render services to me again. Instead of apologizing and fixing the issue, he told me not to come through his line again which was very unprofessional. He does this every time I am there. This isn’t the first time he’s walked away and left customers standing there taking his time and being rude. I’ve been going to this same post office for years and his routine does not change. I am fed up with it to the point I’ve had to leave an online complaint. I’m not sure if his name but he’s tall, skinny, black with a bald head. It may be Jeffrey . His name wasn’t left on the receipt, just clerk 12. Im tired of the bad customer service with him.
