- VDVicki Dickerson6 days ago1.0Carrier crammed 4 packages in a standard mailbox along with letters that were crumpled up in the mailbox. Damaging the packages and mail. Submitted a complaint with no response. Consistently bad service with leaving the door open on the mailbox and delivering mail to the wrong address.

Employee attitudes are consistently awful and you are left leaving with nothing but confusion and unanswered questions. Never going here again, 5th bad experience in a row. This place needs help. - JFJulie FisherApr 25, 20262.0The staff were dismissive. Turned me away when I had lost mail with my rent in it. Told me to go to my bank. I did and was given the customer service number to call. I was distraught and neither the post office staff or the bank staff seemed to care. Finally, I called customer service and was reassured that the check had not cleared and my funds would be returned. I know that I made the mistake but there was no reason to brush me off like a pest.
