  I've been to try and contact UPS for the past two weeks about my package it's supposed to be here on the 4th but it never came in and when I check my tracker it says your package cannot be located at this time like how you lose my package I've been waiting for the past 2 weeks

  Went to ship my package on the 7th. Said it would be there on the 9th. Here it is the 13th and according to ups website my package is STILL at the store. Can't get anyone on the phone and they DON'T return calls as I've called 2 times and left messages already. 0/5 stars if I could. I've had MUCH better success with FEDEX. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE USING THIS STORE AGAIN.

  They yielded to the clanker wave. They don’t take your business seriously, making you cross a barrier of machine and ai bullshit just to speak to a real person. Spoiler: there is no real person, just a voice messaging system and hours of operation

  My family and I really appreciate Ms Brittany and her staff going WAY above and beyond to try to assist us with a last minute print effort. They were very graceful and patient and assisted us as best they could. Will definitely visit them again thanks you guys
