- YCyanique cunninghamAug 11, 20261.0Went to the staples on Robert c Daniel and there was only 1 young lady maning 2 registers by herself, the regular register and the Amazon return register alone and going back and forth between the 2 alone, with a line of 20 people waiting and no help while the assistant manager stood in the print section with zero customers. I went and told her the young lady needs help and it’s crazy to see the line and not help people. I felt bad for the young lady. I think the GMs name is Stephanie cook… please provide more assistance with your stores and train your assistant managers more thoroughly to help and assist when the line is 20 people long with person running between 2 registers alone. That’s crazy.

The employees don't greet you when you enter the store and when I asked one of the supervisors a question she was short with her answer. Customer no service.

And both of those were males, btw. Theres a couple of employees working here that seem very entitled and rude and the management is complicit in their behavior, which was the last straw for me. I would advise people to avoid going to this place if at all possible.

She sighed loudly and said yes. So I explained I had most of it done from their online designer but would like to tweak it. She then stated with an attitude without even looking at it "There is nothing I can do" I then stated I guess I'll have to go somewhere else.. she said, "I guess so". I needed 4000 printed. A company should not advertise custom printing if they have no one willing to even help or maybe just a better attitude.
