  I ordered obituary programs that were needed for a funeral the following day. Unfortunately, my experience with Staples was extremely disappointing during an already difficult time for my family. My order was not completed by the promised time, and the finished product did not match what I had requested. It took three separate attempts to have the order corrected, resulting in significant delays and added stress. When I contacted the store to resolve the issue, I was placed on hold for approximately 30 minutes without receiving assistance. After hanging up and calling back, my call was disconnected. I called again and was placed on hold for another five minutes. When I called back once more and requested to speak with a supervisor, I was informed that the supervisor first needed to determine whether she was available to speak with me based on the nature of my concern. I found this response to be highly unprofessional and discouraging. After returning to the store to pick up what was supposed to be the corrected order, I discovered that it was still not completed correctly. As a result, I lost valuable time and money trying to obtain a product that should have been completed accurately from the beginning. Preparing for the funeral of a loved one is already an emotionally overwhelming experience. Throughout this process, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that there was a lack of empathy, urgency, and customer care from the staff. What should have been a simple printing order became a stressful and frustrating ordeal during one of the most difficult times in my life. I hope Staples will review this matter and take steps to improve both customer service and quality control so that other families do not have to endure a similar experience while grieving the loss of a loved one.

  I absolutely never leave reviews but this store is horrible. 1st of all it is filthy. There are literally dead roaches on the floor. Cleanliness aside the customer service is horrible. I placed a same day print order that was supposed to be done on Tuesday by 7:30 pm. I arrive on Wednesday at 9 am to pick it up and it isnt ready. The worker asks if I can give her a minute to complete it. I say sure and come back about 30 min later. I check the order and I am missing part of it. She says they didnt have the color paper I wanted I said ok just switch the color. She asks when do I need this. I need it for an event today so I say I need it now. She says okay and after waiting for an additional hour I still do not have my simple laminated copy of a document. And i am not the only one here. There are multiple frustrated customers standing here all with different but similar complaints. I wish I could add images because I would love to share the state of this store.

  1. Do not waste time doing your business here 2. Note to staples. Hire folx who actually want to deliver kind customer service 3. My order was an hour late. I paid for expedited service and when I asked for support I was offered nothing other than having my order cancelled altogether. The young man working the printing section was slammed and understandably underwhelmed. The “manager” was in the back hiding. 4. This is my last day doing business with Staples and that is directly tied to this negative experience at the hands of the store manager. I’m sure she’s overworked and underpaid as well. What helps in situations like this though is to be apologetic and level with folx as humans. So yall got behind? No problem but maybe let me know before I trek across town to pick up what was supposed to be ready an hour ago. I am extremely upset and disappointed.

  First time printing at Staples and it was a wonderful experience! Ordered online and received a top quality printed banner THE SAME DAY (I’m a photographer so I am very harsh on printing quality). Also, I wasn’t aware that Party City was located inside, so it made a it a one stop shop for me!

  My wife tried to buy some work supplies and found Mario Party Jamboree marked 50% off. But because competence is apparently against store policy, it rang up full price. Instead of honoring their own mistake like a normal business, the staff decided to display some Olympic-level rudeness. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Trash store, trash attitude. Glad the new Amazon shipping center moved so close, so we have the option to never shop here again.
