  If I could give Staples negative stars, I absolutely would. I’ve now placed two orders with Staples, and somehow they managed to fail to have both orders ready when they said they would be. Apparently, “ready for pickup” is more of a suggestion than an actual promise. For my most recent order, I called the store because surprise it wasn’t ready. I was left sitting on hold for 15 minutes, only for them to eventually hang up on me. So I did what any customer shouldn’t have to do: I drove to the store myself to get answers for my order. Once there, I was treated like I was the inconvenience rather than the customer who had already wasted time waiting and driving there. I was told my order wouldn’t be ready until 9:00 AM the following morning. Fine. I left. Here’s where it gets almost comical: I left the parking lot at 8:54 pm and At 8:59 pm I received a notification saying my order was ready for pickup. So apparently, my order magically became ready five minutes after I was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Absolutely incredible. They wasted my time, my gas, and my patience, all while providing some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Mistakes happen I understand that. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of accountability, poor communication, and treating the customer like they’re the problem for expecting the service they were promised. Two orders. Two failures. Wasted time. Wasted gas. And somehow I’m the inconvenience. If you’re looking for a store that values your time and communicates honestly with its customers, I’d recommend looking somewhere else. 0/5 if Google would let me.

  Poor customer service do not go there. You will be in the store for at least and hour just to return something from amazon

  I single-handedly witness Darnell take care 5 to 6 people almost at one time. I was impressed and amazed all at the same time. Despite everything that he was doing, he still kept a smile on his face and remain professional at all times. If Customer Service was a face, it would be his!

  Every time I go in there, nobody acknowledges me or other customers for a very long time (and I’m a pretty patient person so that’s saying a lot) and it’s always incredibly messy. Poor customer service and not a good experience all around.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had to take a moment to recognize Stephanie! Although my wait was over 30–40 minutes, her customer service made such a positive impression on me that I felt she deserved to be recognized. Despite the long line and pressure, Stephanie remained calm, patient, professional, and friendly. She kept customers updated, answered questions, educated customers when needed, and somehow managed to keep a smile on her face the entire time. Great customer service isn’t just about how quickly you’re served—it’s also about how you’re treated, especially when things are busy. Stephanie handled the situation exceptionally well. Stephanie, keep up the amazing work! Your professionalism, patience, and work ethic do not go unnoticed, and they will take you very far!
