moved into my house three months ago and they still haven’t rekeyed my mailbox and now they have lost two of my packages in the meantime. hundreds of dollars of my property is just missing. went into the office and they didn’t come to the desk for 20 min while three customers waited. when i asked what the deal was and they said the only way to get it rekeyed was to make a complaint. genuinely absurd and unacceptable. should shut this location down and move the customers to a more competent office.

It's interesting that a US Post Office will need a review that shows poor service, I live across the street from the post office and have used it many times there's one person who has been in there for a while and she's always very professional and polite but TODAY, the young lady who was working in there had the audacity to have a sarcastic attitude, I started to match her nasty energy but I said yo myself, don't worry, I'll leave a review because there's no reason to stand behind the counter and act nasty towards a customer. I was simply waiting in line, the only person in line, the only person in there. There's a sign that says please wait to be called. This girl literally was ignoring me, acted like she was doing something instead of simply asking if she could help me or even saying you can come on up. We made eye contact and I was like ? Should I come up now, why did the girl look at me and made a gesture with her neck like "what you think" I was appalled. She was awful and it's really a shame to act that way. I just stayed polite and did my best to kill her with kindness but Sis really had a lot of audacity. The attitude was ridiculous 🙄

EVERY time I come here they are either out to lunch from 1-3:30 or temporarily closed. What’s going on here?

Got here today at 1 PM. It was a sign on the door. that said they don’t come back from lunch Until 3:35 So you mean to tell me everybody go to lunch at one time you would think being the United States post office you will have at least one clerk at the desk. This is really sad and it’s pathetic. That’s 2 hours and 35 minutes. At this point, I would just close them all up It’s open from 9 to 5 so you’re only working 5 1/2 hours because the 2 hours and 35 minutes you’re not doing anything but sitting around I really hate this place

The young lady stood behind the counter and watched me tug at the door at 4:30 & had the audacity to shake her head when I asked if the post office isn't supposed to close at 5. Horrible customer service.
