- LTLe Truong5 days ago4.0Everything was good. Lobby says open 24 hours on usps website but they no longer do that, it closes at 8pm now. Keep that in mind if you need to drop off packages after hours
- DGDebora GittensAug 15, 20261.0The effort was not there to solve,my inquiry. I had to call USPS number to open a ticket. The lead clerk never gave me thar information I initiated it on my own. When I spoke with a customer service agent the grade period for my inquiry was well within the time frame from what I was told.
- VHvalentino hernandezAug 12, 20261.0How are you an employee at the USPS and can’t manage to open and close on time. For one, why is this location even closed for an hour during the day? Second, the employee working the shift (3pm Wednesday) stood playing with the Self-Service kiosk and never once bothered to communicate with the crowd of 12 people standing outside the glass doors in the lobby waiting for the doors to open and conduct business at the counter. Some update would have been the least he could have announced. Why am I writing this review? Not that anything would change but I’m bored to death here watching everyone else stand around confused.
