- KLKayla LindkeMay 4, 20261.0I never know if it will be open because there is only one person working at any given time and they shut down completely to take lunch breaks for an hour and a half every day. Today it was closed from 1-2:30 pm. It’s never consistently open for normal business hours. The line is always very long. There are unhoused people who stand at the front and ask for money. I think there’s a huge need for staffing.
- AAAdam AApr 4, 20261.0One of the worst post offices to go to - it’s always a dice roll if it’s open or not. Typically all lights are off and it’s only one person max. Package shoots are always jammed, and sometimes it’s so full you can grab packages from the top. Even though it’s convenient, I am afraid for every package I drop off here. Glass all over the parking lots because of break ins overnight. Constantly dirty, just go elsewhere. The post office on Pharr drive is much better

Only to be told they do t have forms, they haven’t been mailed to them in weeks, and to go to another post office. I’m really not sure how the USPS is still running.
