- CBCaroline BeuscherJun 11, 20265.0Shoutout to Shay at the Buckhead post office - the woman in front of me was screaming profanities at her and threatening to find her manager and get her fried and Shay handled it with grace and professionalism. She was shaken up but still extremely helpful with my postal needs. Thank you to Shay and all postal workers!! Will be returning.
- FRFatima RavatJun 10, 20261.0Worse experience of my life. Shay needs to be fired as her professionalism and attitude is beyond ok. If this could have zero stars it would be that. She was late after 3 pm (after the location is closed from 1-3pm). Took her time to open up and there was a line. Unhelpful. Gave me Incorrect information until I had to ask many follow up questions just to get answers. Then I brought tape up to the front and she rudely says it needs to go back. I said « you don’t have to be rude about it » calmly and then she said said have a great day and wouldn’t serve me. Blown away at how unprofessional she and this location is. Will be contacting State representatives as well like the other reviewers have said.
