- CCCriticalAug 5, 20261.0On August 5, 2026 at 4:30 pm I visited my local post office to ship my packages. When I arrived, there was no employee at the front counter, and I had to ring the service bell multiple times before anyone came out to assist me. Once the clerk came to the counter, a heavy set woman with brown braids named jamarsis, instead of simply processing my shipment, she made an unsolicited comment about how I run my business. The remark was unnecessary and unrelated to the transaction. I was there to mail my packages, not to receive commentary on how I operate my business. I expect USPS employees to provide courteous, professional service and to treat customers respectfully. I would appreciate this incident being addressed so customers can receive professional service in the future.
