She took the time to look into the situation, communicate directly with the carrier, keep me updated throughout the process, and make sure we were able to get everything sorted out correctly. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. It is rare to receive this level of customer service, and I am extremely appreciative of the extra effort she put in to help us. The rest of the employees are entitled and usually on their phones when they decide to actually come to work. One of the few times I wish AI or a private company just took this operation over

Walk-in three hours before closing and “we’re closed“. Save yourself a trip and drive an hour to another post office. Or better yet go to a UPS store where they can do most things at the post office does. This place should be torn down and put out of its misery
