- JPJosephine PineAug 17, 20261.0Seriously, is there not one post office in the city of Atlanta that is actually staffed with nice Postal Service workers?!? I waited in line for 30 minutes- yes 30 min! - and all I had to do was scan a barcode which took 30 seconds once I got there. They are NEVER fully staffed - 4pm one might think you’re gonna have a rush of people getting off work? Maybe have more than 1, disgruntled worker working?!? (Lionel or Lydell- so rude, unhelpful and actually made a point to clean up packages around him before helping me even though there were STILL 5 people in line behind me!) All post offices are closed hours for lunch leaving those of us who work full time NO time to get there. I hate hate hate having to use the USPS.

- SWSam WilliamsJul 23, 20261.0Online, the PO is closed for lunch 1230 to 130. I am others arrive after 230 and the handwritten sign says the PO is closed for lunch until 245. Its 250 and thw off is still closed. Sometimes, a business or organization eliminates itself with unreliability.

Six customers have driven up and left as I sit here, each o e shakes their head and drives away. And, the people who work behind the counter are grumpy as heck, when they're there.
