- HIHaniyah I.Jul 3, 20262.0I wanted to start off by saying that each time I visit this location the employees have been pleasant. However, pleasant does not mean it is okay to be negligent in being knowledgeable about/following Federal policies or code of conduct, or offered services (incl. homeless population services), etc. Apparently there is no Post Master at this location from what I was advised. I have had a P.O. Box at this location for 3 months. The same day I came to sign up, a customer complained to the clerk that their mail was not being delivered and this is continuous and unresolved. The clerk was dismissive and showed no concern. I should've taken this as a red flag. Obviously this isn't a one time occurrence, seeing all these complaints. My mail continues to not be delivered to my P.O. Box. I am not receiving scanned mail, and random articles of unscanned mail show up. I am not receiving forwarded mail from my previous change of address out of state. The hours of operation (white lettering) on the door have been removed. Under USPS Employee and Labor Relations Manual (ELM), Section 665.1 requires employees to conduct themselves professionally and faithfully execute their duties and Section 666.2 requires the prompt delivery of mail. If you're not getting anything resolved you can contact the Postal Regulatory Commission on their website and file a complaint.

It’s 10 people currently waiting outside the door. It’s only 2:45. SMH I wish I could leave a negative review. FIRE EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION AND START OVER.

- LWLatoya WilmoreMay 16, 20261.0This location needs to be closed. They don’t operate in compliance with the post office rules, codes or regulations. Mail, packages and other items that have been scanned via informed delivery never gets delivered they are stolen. This location needs postal police.

It was the fastest experience I’ve ever had at the post office and the woman at the desk was so nice and so helpful. Great customer service and super informative. This will be my local stop for sure.
