- KJKelley J.4 days ago1.0If I could give it zero stars I would. This location is closed or severely understaffed 80% of the time. Inconsistent hours makes this location unreliable and a waste of your time. Just go to Kirkwood.
- LWLaura WilsonJun 26, 20261.0Sign says window and full service until 5pm M-F, showed up at 4:25 and they were already closed, lights off and doors locked. Based on other reviews, it’s not uncommon. Update your signs or stay until you’re supposed to.
- WCW ChapJun 23, 20261.0This post office location has been closed for the entire week without a single sign of life from an employee or any signage on the store explaining what is going on. Employees from other locations have said they’re having staffing issues and that workers have stopped showing up to this location entirely. I’ve been frustrated by the late openings, extended lunch breaks, and early closings that locals will be very familiar with - but closing for days without any explanation is reaching a new level, even by the low standards of this incredibly frustrating location and its lazy and unreliable employees.

They have their lunch break time posted on the door so I came outside of those hours almost a full hour later they’re still closed during standard business hours.

I understand that sometimes emergencies happen, but this is a documented, consistent pattern at this location. Ironic that they’d take a break at 11 am that also tends to run long.
