  USPS needs more staff. Every time I come to the USPS at Cumberland Mall, there’s only one person working while a lot of people are waiting in line, which of course makes the wait extremely long (20–40 minutes) just to get service

  I see why this USPS has low ratings. This location is inside Cumberland mall. Which should be convenient because this mall is always busy with potential customers. I drove here because I conveniently live 6 minutes to this USPS location and although it closes at 6pm, the doors were closed halfway down, implying that they were closing soon….As those department store steel doors convey to everyone shopping in the mall. When I entered, there was one clerk helping a customer and one customer waiting in line. The clerk told me that she was closed because she was not relieved for lunch. When I clarified that she was telling me that she is closing at 4:30 to take her lunch break, re-open at 5:30 and then close at 6pm, because no one was there to relieve her for lunch; she said,”correct .” I’m sure I don’t have to say how ridiculous this explanation is. And of course I will not be returning to do business here.

  This location needs new reputable staff that actually want a job and are willing to do the job. It seems like every time this location gets a decent person they leave or are they being ran off by the one with the nasty attitude?

  I had a very frustrating experience at USPS Cumberland Mall. Their posted hours say they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM, but that is clearly not accurate. I arrived around 3:30 PM to drop off a package, only to find a sign on the door saying they were on break and would return at 5:30 PM. I waited, and now it’s 5:44 PM and they still haven’t reopened. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. If you have limited hours or extended breaks, that should be clearly reflected in your official schedule—not posted last minute on a piece of paper. Very disappointing experience.

  Closed when it says it’s open. Website says open till 6. 1 paper says on break 2:45-4:00 and other says on break till 5:30. Well none of those are correct because it’s closed and 5 people are here waiting. This is frustrating
