- DCDefinity CommunicationsApr 14, 20181.0We have had a P.O. Box here for 17 years. A significant portion of the mail placed in our box is addressed to other boxes. The facility is dilapidated and when they fix something, it is a rig job. The only change we have noticed is the prices have gone up 400% since 2001. Only one or two workers in all these have good customer service skills, most will ignore you to your face. Most complaints about service, locked or broken boxes or incorrect delivery of mail is treated with prejudice and hostility.
