  If I can only give this place 0 stars ! Clerk was helpful but her Supervisor Jenesica was absolutely horrible. The Clerk had to called her multiple times to try to help her with canceled the transaction or process my refund. She looks very bothered and sassy because the other employee made come to the counter from the back . In the meantime the line was getting long I believe it doesn't matter if we complaint USPS workers don't care at all !

  The 1.8 rating this post office gets shouldn’t even be that high! The worst experience I’ve ever had in a post office would not scan multiple packages says there’s a three package limit because it holds the lineup but there was nobody in the parking lot and nobody in the post office the whole time I was there discussing this issue. As a Whatnot seller, I don’t get paid until my packages are scanned in I was advised to use the kiosk and cram everything in the mailbox, which did not work so the only other option I had was to drop them off and just trust that she would scan them all in not at all the Customer Service I’m used to. So went down the road 2 miles to another post office where the lady was friendly. Glad to scan my packages and Had a great conversation. I do believe the other post office doesn’t like to do their job. I spend thousands of dollars a month with the USPS they should be glad I’m bringing all those packages in there and not using UPS or FedEx. Do your job scan the packages! It’s not that hard quit making excuses and being lazy.

  People can be so rude I was in this post office Saturday July 18 to buy stamps the lady at the counter with the face covering explained to a guy four times about something the man was not understanding her the lady with the face covering asked the lady without the face covering a question the lady without the face covering politely explained to the guy that they are not allowed to do what he was asking the guy was mad and rude to the lady without the face covering and told her he don’t know why she talking to him he didn’t ask her anything the lady without the face covering was not rude at all she was just direct about not being able to do what he was asking apparently it was something neither lady could help with the lady without the face covering told him very nicely to contact customer service and have a good day he was so mad how the lady did not go back and forth he told her he will give her a bad review all cause she told him they are not allowed to write him a letter from the post office she politely excuse herself to help him which I didn’t mind he was so rude to the lady without the face covering when all she did was try to help him and get him to someone who could help him I feel so bad how he treated her I ask her name and told her I’m sorry she was so nice and polite and the guy was so rude I sure he gonna write a review and complain only because he couldn’t get what he wanted but the lady without the face covering was not rude to him he was very mean to her and she was stayed nice to him he had the bad attitude not the lady without the face covering she very nice

  Yeah, same thing there is a younger lady with a Hijab treating people like trash. My first time in this location and what I witnessed was completely insane. This woman immediately looked at me and said it's the policy to use the kiosk because she doesnt want to do the job. I dont care, to use the kiosk, you dont need to be friendly or overly kind it would be appreciated but what you really can't do is be mean and refuse to do your job. I asked her where she wanted the package and she refused to help walked away. The other lady with the full face covering hijab was the one that took my package. She really dislikes her job, and the people that walk in. I am not sure how anyone could say yup she is the one for the job.
