- JBJoyce BenjaminAug 26, 20261.0Absolutely Unacceptable Now I see why this location has such bad reviews. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced today was absolutely ridiculous. A woman from the post office CALLED MY PERSONAL PHONE and proceeded to speak to me in the most rude and disrespectful manner, screaming at me over the phone as if I was someone she could just talk to any kind of way. Then, to make matters worse, she had the audacity to hang up in my face! If I had caught her name, I would have gladly included it in this review because people need to know exactly how they are being treated when they deal with this location. I feel bad for the other employees who have to work alongside someone who thinks it’s acceptable to treat customers this way. Customer service does NOT mean you get to disrespect people, yell at them, and hang up on them. This was completely unacceptable, and I will absolutely be taking this further.
