- ATA Tecec1 day ago1.0If I could sue i would. I believe the mail courier is purposely placing my mail in a neighbor's mailbox. I'm not receiving any of my mail and I do believe because the courier knows there's nothing I can do they just keep doing it. My address is on my house 3 different places. I plan on going up there every day I don't receive it.

Janice was rude to every customer that approached her and wanted to give each person some type of Problem with their shipping. She kept screaming it’s a business it’s a business! Some one even asked her for tape and she demanded them to buy the tape or pay a up charge to use there tape. JANICE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. As I sat back and watched her. She literally hates her job and the customers are not your enemy they keep this location running. She needs to be fired from this company and stop spreading her misery upon other people

This particular one wasn't opened on time when I went and I stood outside for over an hour waiting for it to open. I eventually left, as it was still closed passed an hour after it was to be opened. There is an older lady who works in there who is always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The stars are for her.
