- ARAniyah Russell2 days ago1.0The man who works at the front desk is extreme rude! He is black and middle aged. He needs to be off the floor, the customer service he provides is horrible. I went in for the second time today to ask him basic questions he doesn’t know not one answer to any question. He keeps sending me to call and email other people. I understand some things are in other departments, but working for the post office you should at least know answers to basic questions. I will be filing a formal complaint on him as well. The snobbiness is unacceptable when dealing with people personal information/mail.

My family and I moved into this neighborhood almost a year ago and it is truly heartbreaking to experience the package thefts occurring via our local currier / post office. We have literally watched the Mail person drive updo our property, mark our package as delivered and drove off. We complained and the next package delivery, my package was thrown at my door like it was football!! Just what is really going on? We are regular hardworking adults, we get up everyday and we go to work for a living, we dont even have thieving neighbors, the sad part to all of this is that its literally our postal service thats out right stealing from the community& THIS has got to stop!

It's ridiculous that a post office in a major city (and the only one around for miles) only has one employee working the front desk.
