  The female postal workers here will make up any excuse not to scan prepaid labels. First it was, "we can't scan them if you have over 3." Then it was, "we can't scan them if the label wasn't printed within the last 48hrs." Now it's, "we can't scan them unless the label has today's date." It's ALL BS. They can absolutely scan them; they just don't want to do their jobs. Other local post offices don't play these games and happily accept and scan packages without even looking at the date. I'll add that the younger man who works here is very nice and doesn't do any of this nonsense. You're better off going to the Scottsdale or Northlake locations. The employees ant there locations are super helpful.

  Ridiculous how DARK and HIDDEN this location is -- you'll literally run over a curb driving in if you don't have really really good headlights. This is in one of the wealthiest parts of Atlanta -- yet there are ZERO outdoor lights -- no street lamps over head -- NOTHING. If you need to make a drop late night or use self service kiosk -- or pick up PO Box mail -- go at your own risk.

  I run a small business and have used this post office for a few months now because it was close to my home and central to my grocer's, making it a convenient location. However, I will never return due to the complete lack of disregard the employees here have for doing the bare basics of their jobs. I made a mail run about a month ago with ~30 packages. While dropping the mailers into the lobby's package slot, I could hear the employees talking and watching videos behind the wall. This doesn't bother me, but I got about halfway through my drop before one of them audibly called out and told me to stop what I was doing and instead place the packages behind the building. When I drove where instructed, I was greeted with an unattended box on the curb. I am making your life easier by pre-paying for my postage and opting for a contactless drop off and you tell me to leave my customers' packages where they can easily be stolen by anyone who decides to park behind the building and perform a grab and run? No thanks. Go literally anywhere else.
