The clerk who assisted me was “an Angel.” She informed me of locations for renewal of passports in Atlanta. Then she told me that I could receive the service there. I asked if I needed to make an appointment.She smiled and said no, that I could be seen as “a walk- in.”She provided excellent service to me right then, that day!!! I was so thankful to her.🙏 she showed so much GRACE to me that day. She was kind, friendly, gave me details regarding the process and in all manners of helpfulness provided a needed service to me. Thanks be to GOD for her.🙏👏🏽
