  Don't bother making a passport appointment. They won't honor because the have to take their lunch break (2pm). When asked why would you allow people to schedule during that time, they couldn't provide an answer and apologized for the inconvenience. Then she stated I could reschedule. Ehy would I do that if you can't honor the first appointment. I see why people want certain locations closed now.

  I like the building design it looks futuristic. I waited in line for about 28 min, it was 3 clerks when I arrived then it went to 2, the staff is friendly, you just may have to develop patience while you wait.

  I would give this place a 0.0 if there was an option I have had 2 packages STOLEN at this location. When I went inside to ask about it, the manager gave no help and essentially turned me away. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was a part of it

  Today, we went to the Hapeville Post Office to drop off more than 60 prepaid packages for customers. Before unloading them, several people politely asked the postal attendant if we could place the boxes on the counter, but we were told we had to stand in line. We arrived at 10:38 a.m. and waited until 12:04 p.m., when two additional workers arrived. At that point, we informed workers that a large prepaid package was stucked in the package drop-off bin. Thr employee refused to move it and told an elderly customer that even if the box was moved, each package would still have to be scanned. We asked again if someone could simply remove the box blocking the drop-off, but our request was ignored. After waiting for an hour and a half, we were finally told to use the drop box that had been inaccessible the entire time. Ironically, the package that was blocking the drop box had been left sitting in the lobby by a postal employee, meaning that customer's prepaid shipment will not be mailed as intended. The customer service we experienced was rude, dismissive, and inconsiderate. This entire situation could have been resolved in minutes with a simple act of assistance, saving customers a lengthy and unnecessary wait. While when we got there it was oy 1 attendant if believe the situation could have been assessed and handle in a way that would have been satisfying for all.

  This location has made changes but that doesn’t make the clerks any less helpful! They do not provide walk-in passport services, this is no longer a drop-off location, and they can no longer provide free tape! Still the employees find a way to be on patient, personal, and budget friendly. I needed to ship a package to my mother in NJ it has glass and lotions inside. The clerk I was working with black girl with twists helped me find the cheapest way to gift my mommy her Mother’s Day present! 💝 It seemed like the crew pulled together when they overheard what I had inside to ship off and helped me pack my box safely! They were in the best mood just laughing with each other and one even roasting me! 😂😭 I had fun and found myself not wanting to leave. They deserve a raise! Dealing with entitled people who come in there yelling, stealing shipping supplies, and just trying to bend the rules to serve their own interests… I work in customer service as well and I know these clerks have it hard. The only way they can get their jobs done is to stay positive! At this location I strongly recommend you go by just to say hello to the men and women who work here! They’d appreciate your kindness! People don’t always show up like them every day faithfully and attempting to try! A round of applause for these usps employees! Keep it up!!!
