- MMMelody & MasterpieceMay 4, 20261.0Ms Thomas was so nasty to me today. She first told me to leave my pre stamped box in an outgoing mailbox In Lobby treat could not fit. Then she refused to let me drop it off w her although no receipt necessary and pre stamped. Customer service was horrible and she needs to be terminated or retired. You don’t treat people wrong or speak to them condescendingly. Training is needed for this location. She refused to given her name at first when informed I wanted to inform corporate of who she was.
