Package is already delayed because the distribution center decided to send it to Locust Grove instead of here …it should’ve gotten delivered yesterday. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but there’s no reason why my package sat here all day and didn’t get processed

No one really helped me search the mail, and the receptionist was rude: refused to answer any question then ignored me. I have to spend $2000+ to replace the document.

Would give negative stars if I could. Based on the Google rating, everyone has the same experience and nothing will change. Just wanted to voice my displeasure as well.
