Always a pleasant experience with the new front cashier lady. She's super helpful & kind & works in a manner she knows other folks have places to go as well, aside from only the post office. Definitely a happy camper from my last couple of stops here 😁

They can start by answering their phones, stop stealing packages, and start delivering mail. I haven't recieved steady mail in 10 months. I haven't recieved ANY packages that were sent to me. They claim its hard to get in my community gate, but their is an opening to walk (10 feet from the mail boxes) and they refuse. They've SCANNED a package in front of me claiming it was my expected delivery, only for it to be someone else's mail. They never came back to deliver my mail. They left a slip for me recently saying that there was "no secure location" to drop off my mail - which is funny because we're stuck home because of COVID and the door is right next to the mailboxes. I've been sent numerous gifts and a Bank of America debit card that never made it to myself or back to the sender. They claim without me knowing the tracking number there is nothing that can be done. Amazon once updated me that my item was delivered 2 days prior. They even had a note saying that I signed for it. Morris Brown didn't answer the phone so I called USPS Corporate who told me that they had a note saying that my package was also delivered to me. A week later, I get a knock on my door, on a Sunday mind you, from a Morris Brown delivery guy. He claims he was unable to get in my gate and that's why he couldn't deliver my package. Obviously the stories don't match up, but I accept the box as he scans it in front of me. He leaves and I maneuver this large box around (I was expecting a bed size box) only to discover that the name and address was in someone else's name. I tried calling but hey - posts offices are closed on Sundays, so no answer. Never did recieve my bed. Luckily Amazon was willing to ship a replacement using UPS. 0/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.
