- JRJ RossJun 5, 20241.0Don't expect your appointment to mean anything here. They just say they're not taking them and treating everyone as walk-ins. So expect to be here for hours if you're not first in line when opening. I was 6th in line and waited over 1.5hrs. There's 8 service stations but had 1 person working and servicing 30+ people by 9:30am. Recommend bring first in line or be prepared to write off your morning or even worse...day! In no way is this an efficient process. Their only saving grace is how patient and sweet Robin is.

The wait can be horrendous especially if you have to use the restroom because their isn't one which is insane to me considering the volume of people that pass through. There is one worker who I pray no one gets who should be sorting mail instead of interacting with customers. She has a mutliple earrings in her ears and tries to cut you off before she knows what services you need. On the other handle to the gentlemen there, especially the one the locs, are super helpful and friendly.
