  Beyond the mediocre food and smoothies and the unimpressive staff at the locations near me, I’m especially frustrated by the excessive phone notifications. I received five notifications in the past hour alone, which feels excessive for a smoothie company regardless of the promotion being advertised. To whoever manages the marketing campaigns: please scale back the notifications. Constant alerts are more irritating than effective, and seeing Tropical Smoothie repeatedly pop up on my phone actually makes me less inclined to visit. Yes, I eventually turned notifications off, but I used to appreciate receiving them when a promotion started and again shortly before it ended. What I don’t need is a steady stream of reminders throughout the day. A more reasonable notification schedule would be much more customer-friendly.

  Can't access points on app s10e. Tells me to update but I can't. Google still supports android 12 for YouTube etc why doesn't your app? This is a direct attack on low income communities.

  The tropical smoothie Cafe app no longer allows android 11 devices to use it. This is unacceptable.
