- LLLiz Loncher1 day ago2.0I’ve had several frustrating experiences with Amazon returns at this location. Compared with other UPS stores I’ve used, there seem to be more charges and complications with packaging, along with little assistance with simple things like taping a box. I wish the process were easier and more accommodating, but I’ll be using another location going forward.
- SMSadie Motorwalla2 days ago2.0I’ll start with saying that the lady was very sweet. Hence, the two stars. But she first told me that my package couldn’t be taped. When I showed her it could, she wanted me to have taped my package before I came which NO other UPS store has ever asked me to ever do that. She then proceeded to say that I would have to buy tape to tape my package like excuse me. NO THANK YOU. I’ll take my business elsewhere, thanks. Don’t bother with them to be honest. Go to another UPS store.

They are sneaky on the packaging and charging extra to “pack”… even after I ask the TOTAL price with what they have presented, different than the padded envelope I wanted to use (to ship to FL, just for some earbuds)… and they said $59. Very steep for 2-3 day delivery for a tiny thing that weighs nothing. But my friend needed them before the weekend so, ok. Then my bill was $70 and some change! And I said NO I don’t want to do that why is it more than 59?? And he said oh for the packaging… and I said but I asked the TOTAL price… and then he said I couldn’t put it in the original envelope I had wanted to use because he already sealed the little box. Scam up charge. I recommend going to any other UPS.
