  I’ve been going to this store for years and the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. 11/10, I can’t recommend this store enough. In fact if you have another store you go to that’s closer than this one, you should travel to this one because it’s worth it.

  This is my go-to UPS store. Every visit is quick and easy. Unless I go at peak afternoon hours, I never have to wait in line. Always a pleasant experience :)

  Friendly staff but oh boy do they upcharge for literally every action. Expect additional charges for everything. Label printing is the print cost of 25 cents plus a “computer fee” of $3 for the staff to receive the email and print the label, 15 seconds of labor. Notary services, I expect a charge but they charge additional to witness sign. Again 15 seconds of labor.

  I would've held my breath waiting for Maps to ask for this review. Thous if you who are also smart shoppers like me ask for an itemized list of the services, granted if a franchised location and maybe under new ownership. The second issue with transparency was I asked for the translation of a comment made about my order, needless to say it's wasn't given smh

  Easy to park, easy to drop stuff off. Service is always friendly and quick. I appreciate they open till 6:30PM since there were a few times I couldn't drop off until after work.
