- NMNikki MontesantiApr 27, 20261.0The guy in training today was super rude. Didn’t greet me. Don’t answer my question of asking for tape. He just grabbed the slips package and put it on the counter behind him and gave me the receipt. Not one word from him the entire interaction.

Was told at the location that I had to pay $3.59 to print out my label and that there was “no way” they could print it out without me paying that fee. Go to another location. They had about 8 employees roaming around the place doing nothing and then wonder why they get so many 1 star ratings. Edit: and then they reply is to try to gaslight me that I got “expert labor” and premium quality supplies for a piece of paper that will be come a label. No thanks. I don’t deal with businesses that “empathize” and gaslight without changing behavior. See ya

They charge to print shipping labels, but the cost ($3 plus tax per page) isn’t clearly mentioned until after the service is provided. Their notary service fee is higher than at other locations. While I understand charging for labor and materials, the associates here simply do their job and nothing beyond that.
