Not sure the rationale here other than squeezing money out of folks who show up thinking that a label print wouldn't cost as much as the shipping cost itself. Whatever, have my poorly taped on paper label when I return. Will be taking future business to FedEx, where label prints have always been free for me. Edit: For comic relief, a receipt can and will be printed for you free of charge, on the label printer. Edit2: Per the request of the UPS response to the review, I reached out due to their concern over my review. They told me there is no issue here. Quite concerned they really were. Take your business to FedEx, they don't charge $5 for shipping labels prints you have already purchased online.
