  Was promised overnight delivery at this store and my delivery was not delivered until 5 business days later. Was given the run around about a refund and 1 month later i was denied of a refund.

  Very disappointing. I spent $28 to mail a package that was lost within five hours before it even left Atlanta. Have been given the run-around for a week and told I must pursue a claim through the store where I sent the package. The first time I talked to a store worker here, I was told I had to speak to the manager. The manager would call me back that day. No return call. I then made a claim online. Apparently, that went down a black hole - there is no record of it. I tried reaching this store again a few days later. After multiple calls, I reached someone who claimed they would help me if I emailed back. I did as instructed, and of course, never heard back. UPS makes it incredibly difficult to track down a lost package, and even harder to get a refund and compensation. I won't be risking my packages with this UPS store in the future. Incredibly trying and frustrating.

  Easy package return thanks to Aaron for the assistance. They even have self-serve kiosk where you can scan your own package and leave it if you have a return.

  Kai is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I go to this location because of her just to receive the amazing customer service she gives. She goes above and beyond an is always multitasking to get the line down. Give that girl a raise. If you go here ask for Kai she’s the best! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.
