She goes above and beyond an is always multitasking to get the line down. Give that girl a raise. If you go here ask for Kai she’s the best! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

This store has some of the most friendly, competent, and efficient employees. DJ, Kai, and Aaron never cease to delight. They care about their customers, and even when that line gets long, I'm always given the time and attention I need. UPS on Caroline for life!!!
- JKJon KJun 17, 20262.0Went in this UPS store about a week ago to send a return off. I had sent the same exact item from a different UPS store a week prior for about $25.00. I get to the counter and the person working tell me the price will be $70.00. It just did not make sense. I told her about how I sent the same package to the same destination a week earlier for $25.00. Another employee stepped in and said "that's the price today" .I left. I went to FedEx on Ponce and paid $20.00. I've been in this store before and had ok service from a guy who appears to be owner/manager. He was not present this day. Be careful before you ship from here. The hustle is real....
