  Do NOT go to this location. They charged me $30 for a box that other locations charge $10 for, and the guy was absolutely unapologetic about it once he boxed it and told me after the fact. It’s a franchise so they can charge whatever they want. This place is an absolute rip off.

  I had a complicated, multipart mailing. The manager knew his stuff and was attentive and careful to make sure that everything was put together properly. I was very impressed with the manager's professionalism and excellent customer service.

  Not a good experience. I called ahead and was quoted a price for shipping boxes, but when I arrived, the difference was about $800. What was frustrating is that I provided the box dimensions, weight, and other details over the phone, but the price was so off in person. The employee also seemed annoyed when I asked about the massive price jump. It was also strange that the prices for expedited and ground shipping were so different yet the arrival time was pretty much a day different.

  Way more overpriced than other UPS stores around, save yourself the time and go to another location, they tried to charge me $194 for 9 pages to be notarized; even though there is a legal limit for how much you can charge in Georgia for pages to be notarized and he did not disclose the fact that he was charging so much until he told me the amount to pay, I had to leave and go to another location who told me that what he tried to do was illegal and they can’t charge that much for notarized paperwork
