When you walk into this store, they already seem aggravated that you walked in. We as the customers didn't tell to sign up for this job, YOU did. Like be nice to people, it's simple.

She wouldn’t even give me the toll if tape and said she had to put 2 pieces of tape onto the box. Where is customer service? FedEx doesn’t charge you extra to tape up a box. I will not be using UPS again
