  The return process was very smooth and hassle-free. The self-checkout return instructions were clearly displayed throughout the store, which made the process easy to follow, especially for someone like me who recently moved to the U.S. Overall, it was a very convenient and positive experience.

  Ms. Kirsten Winn was very helpful and patient with trying to find information on a package that I sent out the end of last year. She went over and beyond and printed off my receipt AND tracking information and advised me that she will look further into the situation and give me a call if she gets any update. Thank you.

  I visited The UPS Store at 2451 Cumberland Parkway, Atlanta, GA on Monday morning, March 2, 2026, for a simple notary service. What should have been a routine process turned into an uncomfortable and concerning experience. The woman behind the counter began reading through my Beneficiary (Transfer-on-Death) deed instead of simply verifying my identity and witnessing my signature, which is the role of a notary. She then told me she “needed the original documents.” I explained clearly that these were the original documents I had prepared myself. After looking at them again, she stated she could not notarize them — without giving a legitimate or clear reason. I left and immediately went to another UPS Store nearby, where the documents were notarized without hesitation or issue. This confirms that there was nothing improper about my request. The notary’s job is to verify identity and witness a signature — not to scrutinize or judge the contents of legal documents. The treatment I received felt unnecessary and suspicious. As a Black man requesting standard notary services, I could not help but question whether I was being treated differently. This experience was unprofessional, inconsistent, and disappointing. I will not return to this location.
