  I had a deeply disappointing experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff gave me hostile stares and offered completely unfriendly service, despite me being polite and just needing standard shipping. The treatment felt blatantly discriminatory and racially motivated. I left feeling degraded and unwelcome. I will not be returning and would caution others to think twice before visiting this location.

  All the staff are great here. Call UPS customer service next time. The UPS stores are not UPS. Two separate companies. Amie and all of them served me well. Thanks for fast efficient service.

  I called the store today to follow up on a package that I dropped off on Saturday and I spoke with a store representative named Amie. The tracking number is not showing in the system when I search the Internet or use the app to track the tracking number so I was just calling to follow up on an updated delivery date since I was originally quoted yesterday. She explained to me that I could track it online just like she can, even though I had already told her I couldn’t and then she kept trying to explain to me that the date was an estimate. I understand an estimate, but since that’s a historical date now and it has passed I’m looking for an updated date. I asked for an updated date multiple times she quoted me every scan every bit of history from the tracking, except for providing me any idea of an updated delivery date I had to ask numerous times and she kept saying not to interrupt her yet she was providing me information. I was not asking for so I may have been a little short, but I am not typically an angry or rude person. The phone somehow got disconnected. I believe she hung up on me. I called back to the store, she answered the phone again. I asked her for her name. She told me she wasn’t going to do ugly and kept trying to explain to me about the delivery date and I kept saying I’m not looking for any of that at this point I just want to know your name she was getting aggravated. I was also slightly aggravated. This type of customer service is unacceptable. All she wanted to do was be heard yet. She was not listening to me. I am the customer. I asked a specific and direct question she did everything but answer it. I still have no idea on an updated date and it’s still not tracking in the system so hopefully my package arrives. A note to the owners, maybe have a conversation with Amy about her customer service skills, or be aware. Maybe the calls are recorded, I called 8/5/26 at 11:39 am.
