- MHMorgan HillJan 27, 20261.0This location refuses all couriered letters and post for box holders. If you need to get anything to a box holder, you MUST use UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All other means of delivering post are fully refused in whole, no if's and or but's about it. We were not rejected by some untrained employee. The gentleman that refused to accept my post claimed to be the store manager.

My second oversized package experience was shipping food 3 days before Thanksgiving. Joe assured me it will be delivered on Wednesday. I spoke with my family, and it was delivered in Texas as he stated. The associates at this location are kind and helpful. Great Customer Service!!!!
