Finn has helped me with packages multiple times and is efficient, kind and professional. He is always one step ahead and is a hard worker. Kaleel has also been a huge help. He knew I was waiting for a specific package and took the time to call me when it arrived. He is kind, professional and quick to solve any problem I may have with shipments.

The service was surprisingly inefficient—particularly when I was returning an ATT internet box. The staff removed the equipment from its original packaging and informed me that they don’t recycle, so I was left with the box to take with me. This felt not only inconvenient but also disappointing from an environmental perspective. Let’s throw a perfectly good box away and use another… Additionally, I asked about printing a one half page label, and was quoted $3.99 for the service, which seemed excessive. Given the lack of eco-friendly practices and the unexpected costs, I won’t be returning to this location. There are definitely better alternatives nearby.
