  I ordered a product on June 15th and I paid UPS $15 on a $50 package for them to deliver it on June 23rd. It is now July 6th and I still haven't gotten my package and now it has no delivery date. On the tracking site it says my package has been in my city for the last couple weeks. Horrible service. Isn't this supposed to be yall's whole thing, delivering packages? Get it together.

  I have utilize UPS for personal and community matters over the years and have never experienced going into a store not being greeted and to make it even more awkward everyone else that entered was greeted. I was not asked if I needed help, how I could be helped or was there anything said to me at all. I purposely remained in the store to see if anyone would speak up, it never happened. Super disappointing.

  Horrible customer service, the store manager sucks, I shipped my items here to be picked up & they basically shipped it back to the store, every UPS will let you pick up your items here for a fee of $10 . For some reason the manager Eddie took it upon himself to ship it back to the store. It wasn’t even there for 24hrs. I will make sure my complaints reaches the higher ups. Horrible service , this was a great inconvenience & now I bought things that i will no longer need. Do

  Eddy was so helpful and got my rent the runway package returned to them with ease! If you know anything about rent the runway it can be kind of tedious to return your shipment but the team at tenth st UPS handled it with ease! Definitely coming here for all of my shipping needs in the future!

  This location has the rudest, most passive aggressive employees. I stopped by for notary service, and they rudely told me they don't do that, even though it's advertised online. You could tell the two people working there did not want to be bothered and just wanted to do the bare minimum until closing time. Don't waste your time here, find another UPS location if you are not in a hurry. I hope the owner of this location sees this review and talks to the employees who were there on Thursday June 11 around 5 p.m. Then they mockingly called out, "have a nice day" as I was leaving and laughed. It left such a bad taste in my mouth. Never ever setting foot here again and neither will my business.
