  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience at this location! Taylor assisted me with printing, notarizing, resizing, uploading, and submitting several documents to VFS. The entire process took four hours, and she stayed patient and helpful with me from beginning to end. I was having an especially difficult time condensing the documents to the correct dimensions required for the upload, but Taylor took her time helping me get everything properly sized and submitted. She also completed the notary I needed and made sure everything was done correctly. Even after four hours, she never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She remained kind, professional, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Taylor truly went above and beyond for me. Her customer service was exceptional, and I’m extremely grateful for the time and effort she put into helping me. I would absolutely recommend this location because of the service I received from her!

  I went to the 680 Johnson Ferry Road location around 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 29th, to get a one-sentence document notarized. I had called ahead and confirmed the notary was in until 6. The notary quoted me $2 for the notarization, a $3 "convenience fee" for not having an appointment, and a $15 "clerical and administrative time" fee. The fee card describes it as extra time required by the notary to review complex documents like powers of attorney, wills, and deeds. Mine was a single sentence, so I asked her to look at the description again. I've had many documents notarized at UPS stores over the past couple of years and have never been charged this fee. Instead of reviewing the fee, she asked whether I uncomfortable with her as a notary. I said not at all, I just don’t understand the fee. Then she asked if I had another copy of my document. When I said no, she asked to see my document, and I assumed she wanted to see it and reconsider the clerical fee. She took a thick black marker and struck across my document, making it unusable. I left without it. The next day, my bank notarized the same document for free. I dropped it at the UPS store at Sandy Springs Place for shipping. I asked the notary what the fee would be for this document for future reference, and he confirmed the charge would be $2, with no admin or convenience fees, because it's one sentence. If you need a notary, I'd avoid the Johnson Ferry Road location. If you look at the reviews for this location, you will see others have also had issues with the notary services. The folks at Sandy Springs Place were friendly and far more reasonable.

  The service provided by The UPS Store has been exemplary; we were able to have our documents notarized seamlessly, and Taylor’s assistance was both highly professional and welcoming.

  Absolute scam. As many other reviews have said, they’re doing everything they can to try to trick people into over paying. Heard them asking the same trick questions to the next customer too Said I was sending candy and toys, they asked if it was over $200. I laughed and said no. She said “so I can leave it at $200?”. I said “sure…?” Turns out, they charge extra for packages over $100. She’d presented $200 as the default to try and get an extra fee there Then she said “do you want it there this afternoon, tomorrow morning, tomorrow afternoon…etc” I said “whatever is the default, cheapest option” She said it would get there Thursday afternoon. Fine. It was $55! Just to send some candy one state away. I said there’s no way that’s the cheapest for something this size and weight, and she said “welllll, that’s Select”, looking condescending as if I’d specifically asked for ‘Select’? and I reminded her that I asked for the cheapest.. She said she’d weight it again for Standard, acting like that was the most ridiculous thing she’d ever done. That came out to $20

  Go to Walgreens for passport photos. They charge half the price, (ups store charges over $30, insane). On top of that only one person can take passport pictures, and the person who took mine said it was fine for me to wear my headband. They took the photo charged me 30 something and then my photo got rejected. I return to have my photo retaken (urgently because my application is already delayed due to this) only to discover the one staff member who is qualified to take a photo won’t be in for 2 days. So I ask for a refund instead and he says he can’t issue a refund because no one can prove that she told me it was fine to keep the headband on except for her. HELLO HOW ABOUT THE PICTURE OF ME WITH MY HEADBAND ON????At Walgreens as soon as I smiled the young lady taking my photo immediately said I can’t show my teeth. She also let me choose my favorite of 3. And I watched the photo get reviewed by an automated checklist to ensure it doesn’t get rejected. %1,000 better experience.
