  I recently visited this UPS Store for notary services and to ship a package, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the notary process with ease and offering various shipping options to fit my budget and timeline.   One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a UPS store. I have a corporate account with UPS & ship weekly from different locations. I've never been told that I would be charged after the fact to use an outlet to print out a shipping label from my own mobile device. Literally the lady said you can use that outlet and then 5 minutes later, informed me that I would be charged to use their work space!! All I needed to do is print my own label & buy a little box. The lady up front wouldn't give me the box dimensions unless I paid another fee for her to pack it. Then another fee to use an outlet. I know stores are independently owned but this one is beyond anything I've worked with before.

  Overcharging for services. Went to get a document notarized. It was one page with a place for notarizing the doc. All they had to do was verify id. See me sign and notarize. Two ladies - both said my “kind of document” requires extra handling. Didn’t do anything different. Looked at id. Signed and stamped. Charged me notary fee + convenience fee + “clerical fee”. Clerical fee was $15. Also told me to “find a different place that meets my financial situation” when i asked about pricing. It’s not about financial situation. It’s about employees being rude. they did tell me the price upfront. I should have gone elsewhere - that is on me.

They handled my shipment quickly and made sure everything was packaged securely, which gave me peace of mind knowing my items would arrive safely. What really stood out was their customer service, they took the time to answer my questions, explained my shipping options clearly, and didn’t make me feel rushed even though the store was busy. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency with genuine care for the customer, but this location does exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my shipping and printing needs.
