  I specifically use this UPS location because of how wonderful and helpful their staff members are. Regardless of how many individuals are needing assistance with UPS services, this team is always quick and efficient to meet everyone’s needs. I would like to specifically shout out to Tonaya & Peter with whom I have interacted with on several occasions and they both have gone out of their way to be personable and as helpful as possible. Peter has taken the time whenever I return an Amazon package here to ensure I have all of the correct records in case there should be any issue on Amazon’s end involving returns/refunds. Tonaya is always offering spectacular service and is a genuine joy to interact with. I truly find myself in a better mood whenever I have the opportunity to speak with either of them as I feel truly cared for as a customer afterwards, which is extremely noteworthy when all I’m doing is sending out packages - Above and beyond! In the current state of the world, it’s rare to encounter quality guest service as we, employees and customers alike, are all facing insurmountable stressors & shortages so I deeply appreciate the emphasis that is placed on such an important pillar of business by this team in particular. I would highly recommend this location specifically for all of your UPS needs if you are in or around Chamblee.

  Staff was unfriendly waited an hour for fingerprint appointment ,and didn’t even let me use the bathroom.

  Nice and convenient to my home. The staff is welcoming. You can return your Amazon packages here. They also do notary, which is relatively inexpensive.

  This store is so nice they always are very helpful today a young woman named Dania I believe that's how you spell it..she helped me with a bunch of returns and it was so very nice of her she really makes me love UPS

  This store has new owners and this gave me hope for drastic improvements but this has been a huge disappointment. They rarely have a notary available. The staff seems totally miserable working there and don't even think about them answering their phone. OH, and the store is always disheveled and quite dirty. These owners bring in a culture of terrible business operations and they could care less about their customers and apparentlythey have another location around Gainesville GA as well. Also, the price you are quoted for many services is different based on who is working. Go figure. UPS Store corporate really needs to surprise visit or secret shop this store franchisee because it's become even worse and a few surprise visits would likely reveal some issues that need addressed. In the meantime, take this location OFF your "stop-in" list.
