I asked for a manager and they told me they did not have one. I took it to a UPS down the street that told me Amazon has no such policy. Do not come to this store. They will not help you.

Ihad all the property Amazon shipping lable on the box. Went to a different location, there were no issues. Also, their charge for notary service is astronomical compared to other UPS establishments.
