  I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional staff at this UPS Store, especially Corey, John Parker, and Derrick. Their professionalism, transparency, kindness, and genuine commitment to customer service are truly outstanding. Recently, I allowed my PO Box rental to expire. Rather than simply turning my mail away, the staff thoughtfully gathered, wrapped, and held it for me until I returned. That simple act of consideration speaks volumes about their character and dedication to their customers. Because of this experience, I renewed my PO Box and can confidently say I will never take my business to another UPS Store. As someone who understands the importance of excellent customer service, I recognize when people go above and beyond. These gentlemen don't just provide a service. They build trust, loyalty, and lasting relationships. Corey, John Parker, and Derrick are tremendous assets to your organization and deserve recognition for the standard of excellence they consistently deliver. Thank you, gentlemen, for making every customer interaction feel valued and appreciated!

  Every time I come in here it is the most amazing experience that I have. Dereck and Chris are absolutely phenomenal. They are always ready and willing to help me do whatever it is I need done. UPS could not have more amazing people than Chris and Dereck and I’m thankful that they work at UPS by me
