However, the customer staff was very attentive, efficient and the manager Carl, did an amazing job of making sure he attended to everyone in line versus waiting for people to come up to the counter. While serving others, he also made sure that the Amazon bins were clear. I haven’t seen good manager on multitasking like that in a long time.
- SCseth creathJun 2, 20265.0Elijah is a super star. This was my first time at this location but man did he wow me. He greeted me, was friendly, warm, and courteous asking what brought me in. He helped me print a page then fax a page and at the end gave me a discount on top of that for it being my first time there. I will most definitely be back to this location if all their staff is as well trained, dutiful, & kind as Elijah is! He also seemed to be working alone so it seems he can run the store well! 👍

I ship and print a lot for work, and it’s nice to know that Maritza will be there for all my future shipping needs. She was the only one at the store since it was so early, but she ran that place like she owned it. Thanks Maritza!
- TPTop PassApr 18, 20261.0This location caused me $984.27 due to my package being mislabeled and sent to the wrong location. The incorrect shipping lable was attached. I contacted ups and they wasn't able to let me file a claim.
