  Amazing staff! Went to return an Amazon product. She provided such an efficient service (and with a smile too) that it took less than 2 minutes for me to enter, get the work done and exit the store. Thanks team. Appreciate it!!

  FIVE STARS FOR TRE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I went to this store for the first time and thankfully parking was easy in midtown as the building had retail parking. I went about 7:45pm when most other UPS stores are already closed and was a prepared customer ready to return 15 items in two QR Coded outbound shipments. There was about 3 people in front of me when I entered and I was in and out in 10 minutes. He is also super professional. Tre clearly has a brilliant system and works very strategically. He truly made a beautiful impact in my day. 🌹 It is rare to see such a level of intelligence in the service industry so I had to take a moment and absolutely give Tre all the accolades he deserves for holding it down. Please give him a raise absolutely. Truly the professionalism alone is exceptional. 💯

  Folks that work here are incredibly rude and laughed when I asked to pick up an ‘order’ instead of what they wanted to hear which was ‘package’. This was completely unnecessary and would not recommend stopping by for any of your needs.

  Worker sitting behind register with AirPods in her ears and on her phone. I had my hands full with 2 packages ready to go. She pointed at the self service station and told me to use that one. And of course I stumble and drop my boxes trying to turn around and set them down on the small counter available for the self service station. I use this store regularly and most of the time the workers are very nice and friendly and have no issues with scanning my packages and printing my receipt. Definitely much faster than me trying to use the self service option. This is clear laziness and a young girl not wanting to get up and actually work her job. Very frustrated and upset. If there was a long line or she was helping another customer then I would understand. There was no one else in the store. Ridiculous. Management needs to have a meeting with this staff member and remind her what customer service actually means.

  I went here a bit ago and the service was excellent. The staff helping by me was Eddie and he went above and beyond to assist me and was overall very nice! I had also been before and was assisted by a different person and she was also very nice and helpful. Will definitely be going back here again if I’m in need of services.
