Do not use site to store anymore until Staples drops Door Dash as a delivery service. They shipped something TWICE and Door Dash failed to deliver both times. Drivers either stole it or delivered to some other business in the complex. There is no communication between the two entities. DD doesn’t let Staples know they are delivering and an order can just disappear until you, the customer, has to try and track in down. It should not take a week to get two boxes of sharpies and some tape. I get offered is store credit and an offer to ship it a THIRD time which after two failures, why would I trust it could possibly finally work. STOP OUTSOURCING TO DOOR DASH. They are garbage. We won’t be placing any more orders with Staples until they resolve their delivery service.

Not enough people working. The wait was borderline ridiculous.

Was helped by Natoya today and she was an absolute breath of fresh air. Helped me with a lot of different things and kept a smile the whole time which really made some tedious errands a lot more pleasant! Also filled me in on their electronics and school supply recycling program and was just all around very helpful. Will definitely come back for customer service like this.
