I had a wonderful experience at Staples this afternoon. Both Claudia and Yogi were extremely helpful and patient today. They were very kind and took their time helping my sister and I find what we were looking for- Yogi even told a fellow associate to hang tight as he finished checking us out. Their customer service was by far the best I’ve received in a long, long time. They are definitely doing something right over there. Thank you, Staples, for always being the EASIEST (and most helpful) place in town!

Very very very bad service! They don’t wanna work even if you’re paying and they say you need to figure out by yourself what to do because they (people who work there) don’t know what they’re supposed to! I don’t recommed! Trash service!

I needed to return an Amazon package and they sent me to Staples for some reason. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. This Staples is in a strip mall so plenty of parking and it can only be seen in the parking lot. They do not give receipts for the returned items but Amazon sent me an email that day.

I want to recognize the gentleman who helped me with my balloon order. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a smile and maintained a genuinely positive attitude throughout my visit. I wasn’t in the best mood when he suggested that I download the Staples app and create an account to save 10% on my purchase. Instead of giving up after my initial hesitation, he remained patient, friendly, and professional. His positive and respectful persistence completely changed my experience. By the end of my transaction, I had not only saved 10% but also learned about the monthly freebies and other benefits available to Staples Rewards members. What started as a transaction I just wanted to get through ended with me leaving as a happy customer who plans to keep coming back. Employees like him are rare. His customer service, enthusiasm, and ability to create a positive experience deserve to be recognized. He is a tremendous asset to your store, and I hope he receives the recognition he has earned.
