Very frustrating experience. I came into the store yesterday to have materials printed and laminated for a client delivery with a tight deadline. The associate specifically told me the lamination would be completed by 8pm that same day. I even told him that if it slipped until the next morning, that would still be okay because I needed it delivered today.
By 1pm the next day, I still hadn’t received any call, text, or email saying the order was ready, so I called the store myself. I was then told it wouldn’t be ready until 8pm that night, and that they “don’t know why” the associate promised that turnaround time because they supposedly never complete jobs that quickly.
What made the situation worse was that they said they could have it done sooner, but only if I paid an additional express fee. I explained that I was already promised an earlier completion time and that the delay was now impacting my own client deadline, but the manager refused to offer any discount, accommodation, or accountability.
Mistakes happen, but poor communication and refusing to make things right after your team gives incorrect information is disappointing.

Always a great experience at this store! The staff is super friendly and really knowledgeable, always ready to help find what I need. Plus, they have a solid selection of office supplies and tech gadgets that keeps me coming back.

They sell helium balloons now. They are $2 each for basic solid balloons. They are not well staffed on Saturdays so allow 15 minutes for staff to be available to make the balloons.
They also do Amazon returns, but again, it is a wait and they seem to be understaffed. It took me ten minutes to drop off one small Amazon return.
I regularly visit Staples to print flyers and purchase acrylic stands, and I’ll say this location is usually one of the best. The store is clean, the staff is typically friendly, and honestly, they even have one of the cleanest bathrooms around.
Today, though, I had a frustrating experience at the print desk. I asked for help cutting a single 3.5 x 5 print so it could fit into an acrylic stand. This is something that has never been an issue before. The print manager, Maurice, was not busy but refused to help and told me I had to use the cutter myself. I explained that the blade is dull and difficult to use, which is why I normally ask for assistance, especially for something quick and simple. He insisted no and said I would need to place an order and wait up to 24 hours just to have one piece of paper cut, which didn’t make sense.
That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. The cashiers, Shotifa and Yoge, stepped in and went out of their way to help me after seeing how frustrated I was. Their willingness to help completely turned the experience around, and I really appreciated it.
Overall, I still think this is a solid Staples location, but customer service should be consistent across the board. Big thanks again to Shotifa and Yoge for stepping up.

The store is amazing ! I came in literally minutes from closing time and Yoge made an exception and still got my blueprints printed out for me before closing. He went above and beyond to ensure I got it , if I could give 10 stars I would ! I highly recommend this location
