I had a very disappointing experience with Robert Half. Their communication was inconsistent and unprofessional from start to finish. I was constantly left in the dark, waiting days for updates on job opportunities, and when I finally did hear back, the information was vague and unhelpful. The recruiters seemed disorganized, frequently losing track of important details I had provided multiple times.
At one point, I was told I was a perfect fit for a role, but after waiting for a follow-up, they ghosted me with no explanation. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't respect your time or value clear communication. I would not recommend Robert Half if you're looking for a reliable or professional experience in your job search.

If I could give a rating of negative stars for Robert Half in Atlanta I would. No one ever answers the phone. Ever. I filled out all of the necessary paperwork, forms and whatever they asked for, then wasn't contacted anymore. I wasn't told how to use the website to apply for jobs or anything. I've applied for jobs by pressing the apply button but still never hear back from anyone. Everything is done virtual with a staff that doesn't seem to want to work. There are people like me trying to find work and can't get through to a staffing agency to help. What is the point? If the so-called recruiters and staff at Robert Half don't want to work, then shut the office down so people will stop applying to the place.

I’ve been a recruiter for 10 years so I know how the game works. I’ve also worked with RH OT in Denver and the level of the professionalism here is hands down terrible. When I first moved to Atlanta in Dec, I left 3-4 messages for someone to call me back. Crickets. Then I called back today after nearly 6 months. I got ahold of Avery who said she’d send me an email to send my resume to. No email. Hard to get ahold of anyone at this office. I don’t know what it is with recruiters in ATL, but I’ve never had such a hard time getting in touch with recruiters in Denver or Austin as I have here. Ghosting and outright rudeness.
