- SMStaff MarkJun 24, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience. I visited this staffing office expecting to complete an application and get assistance with job placement. Instead, I was told by staff that I could not sit inside to apply and that there was “nothing they could do in the office.” This is a staffing agency—people come here for help finding work. Dismissing walk-in applicants without offering guidance, even for basic questions, is unprofessional and discouraging for individuals actively seeking employment. If in-person applications or services are no longer supported, that needs to be clearly stated before people take time out of their day to visit. Based on this experience, I will be escalating the matter to corporate for review. Staffing agencies should be prepared to assist applicants, not turn them away without support.
