  ⭐️ My experience with the new lady staff member at the PeopleReady Hospitality branch was extremely disappointing. I found her communication to be unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and lacking the basic level of customer care I would expect from a staffing agency that works directly with people. What stood out most was the complete lack of warmth or willingness to assist. The interaction left me feeling as though my concerns were simply being brushed aside rather than addressed professionally. I believe customer service matters, especially in a hospitality and staffing environment. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression and significantly tainted my overall experience with this branch.

  Don't expect to get to work right away. They gatekeep positions here. This facility you need an appointment to enter. When you select a job on the app, the only ones available require a drug test and background check. I click interested and they just decline. They don't reach out to set up the appointment, they just remove you so one of their favorites can take the job. When you call, they answer and hang up to avoid speaking to you. Oh, and don't try to get ahead by going into your nearest location as they turn you away and say you can only get tested/verified via the office that issues the job. None of these facilities work together. Super non-efficient process ran by people who don't really care to put people to work. Reached out to corporate, and nobody ever reached back, i actually think im now blackballed for trying to work. Good luck to anybody else down on their luck

  I recently signed up. Usually an employee doesn't have to visit the office. Because I forgot my sunglasses. The staff call me and waited for me to return to pick up my glasses Thanks 👍
