  The worst customer service I've experienced from an International brand in a long while. I have several Konica Minolta machines and I reached out to establish a new service agreement and possibly update to newer equipment. The run arounds on the phone were unprofessional, the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing and I was transferred to Heaven and then back to Earth. The two "sales" representatives I spoke with were unconcerned with closing the deal and definitely not concerned about my business needs. There are literally businesses failing and closing everyday. To work for a company that specializes in B2B services and have a "don't give a damn" attitude seems foolish to me. Thank God, I'm not desperate for Konica Minolta because I am familiar with Canon representatives and use them as well. After the ridiculous debacle with this company I simply decided to expand with my Canon reps. My advice is stick with those who value your dollars and leave the others in the rearview. Thanks for ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service Konica Minolta team!!!
