- KGKeanta GlennSep 18, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this FedEx location. I have been waiting three days for my package, which contains medication that requires refrigeration. I was repeatedly given false or conflicting information about my package. I was told that the driver had been contacted, yet the driver never contacted me and never attempted to deliver the package to my location. I was also told by the manager that my package would be placed on hold at the center so that I could come pick it up. When I arrived at the location, however, the customer service representative told me that the package was actually out for delivery. The customer service experience was also unacceptable. While I was there trying to locate my package, the representative appeared to be falling asleep in front of me while assisting with the situation. After all of this, I was still unable to get my medication. Because of these repeated failures, I am now facing the possibility of being without my medication for five days, and the medication requires refrigeration. This is not just an inconvenience it could potentially affect my health.I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled. I would give this location zero stars if that were an option. I expect this matter to be investigated, including the conflicting information I was given, the lack of an attempted delivery, and how my temperature-sensitive medication was handled. I will be taking this matter further and will seriously reconsider ever using FedEx again.
