I was notified that Both packages were "Ready for Pickup" and when I get to the location both packages are GONE! delivered to some address that isn't even a FedEx location with no phone number and no employee listed as who scanned or received the packages at this location. While waiting almost an hour for them to track the package down, the attendant was giving out all kinds of ridiculous excuses making the situation more frustrating. He was the one who called me and left me a voicemail that my package was ready to be picked up, now he's telling me the package is not at the location. DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGES TO THIS LOCATION!!!

As long as you smile and are pretty halfway decent to the representative at the pick up area every single package I’ve picked up here has been easy and smooth. Everybody’s been super friendly and easy to deal with.
