- LLLADONNAMay 23, 20265.0I had such a great experience at the FedEx inside the Hyatt thanks to employees Ebony, Odonjanay and Isaiah White. I came in stressed trying to get a passport photo, and they all went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly patient, professional, kind, and made sure every detail was right. What started as a stressful situation turned into such a pleasant experience because of their amazing customer service and teamwork. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about helping customers, and they absolutely did. Thank you all again for making the process so smooth and easy. Highly recommend this location!
