They didn’t tell me that it would go through FedEx office in their lobby, or that it would cost me $15 handling fee, or that it would literally take two extra days to get my package because of this FedEx office. Communication with FedEx was poor and very frustrating. Tracking number told me they tried to deliver it on Sunday, but couldn’t, then it arrived on Monday at 1:00, but they had no record of it, but FedEx person said he would call me if it came that day. It came at 4:15. He didn’t call. Then on Tuesday morning it was here. Poor service!
