  For 15 years I have had wonderful service from Kinkos all over the country. I emailed my order to this one on Wednesday, didn't hear back from them, called them they said they'd let me know when it was ready. I had to call them back that afternoon and they told me "the machines were down," and it would be ready the next afternoon. I asked them to let me know. Didn't hear anything, had to call Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, still not done. Just got off the phone with them, on Sunday, and "machines still down, maybe they will get fixed on Monday." I canceled the order. They never once reached out to me.

  This place is so pleasant!!! The people, the environment, I literally left feeling better than when I came in. And it smelled so fresh and clean! Every single person was genuinely nice, to the customers and each other. I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a FedEx, but I had to jump on here!

  And AGAIN, fedex drivers has let me down! Idk if this is an Atlanta thing but most of the drivers have no integrity. This is for the drivers who deliver in the 30363 area, district lofts to be exact. The will delay your package and then not read the delivery instructions and fail to attempt to do the right thing. They will send a pic of your package while it’s still on their truck, as if that’s proving something? GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!

  I would like to send a major thank-you to the entire team at the 1375 Peachtree FedEx location. During my recent shipment from this location back to Washington, DC, everyone was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. This was truly a full team effort. Each of you took the time to make sure all of my boxes were properly measured, weighed, and prepared for shipment, and I sincerely appreciate the care and attention that went into the process. A special thank-you to Mr. Kelton for your professionalism and for ensuring that I was able to successfully ship everything without any issues. I would also like to recognize Terrence, LaShuntay and Keshia for assisting with the shipment. Your support, patience, and teamwork did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciated everything that you all did, and I hope many more customers continue to visit and utilize your location. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized.
