  I had a great experience with Asia at the FedEx Tucker location. I visited the location two days back-to-back, and she was the associate who assisted me both days. Asia was very nice, helpful, patient, and professional. She took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the way she treated me with kindness and respect. FedEx is very fortunate to have an employee like Asia. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Asia, for all your help!

  Absolutely some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced, from the employees all the way up to the gray-haired manager. The overall level of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service at this location is seriously lacking. After reading several of the previous reviews, I can honestly say my experience lines up with many of them. Walking into this location feels like you’re bothering the employees or interrupting them from doing absolutely nothing. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever. You can walk in, stand at the counter, and not receive so much as a “Hello, we’ll be with you shortly.” What makes it worse is that management appears to allow it. The manager can be standing right there, see customers waiting, and still not acknowledge them. It shouldn’t take a customer becoming visibly frustrated just to get someone to respond or provide basic assistance. Ironically, the white gentleman working there was about the only person who demonstrated basic manners, acknowledged customers, and actually provided customer service. This location seriously needs new leadership, additional training, and employees who understand that customers shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience for walking through the door. I genuinely wish another location would open in this area or that this one would be completely revamped and properly staffed. Until then, I would recommend finding another location or just using UPS. Customer service should not be this difficult.

  Bad customer service. Hired rude and very layback attendant. Couldn’t care less. Enjoyed chatting on phone and bobbing around. They just make you wait and they need to finish chatting about their personal stuff. I waited 5 mins and fuming my way out. Promise myself that I will never return and I will kindly advise the general public to take your courier or packaging needs elsewhere if you value your sanity.

  Highly recommend this Fedex Location for outstanding customer service. Ask for Asia! I had a fantastic experience at this FedEx Location. I came here needing several copies of a large important legal document with an Apostille attached copied. Asia was an absolute life-saver. She was incredibly professional, patient, polite and helpful from start to finish even while efficiently assisting other walk-in customers at the same time. She made sure that every single page was copied perfectly, no missing pages and that the Apostille was kept in tack which was of utmost importance. She even used a heavy duty stapler to bind the whole packet together. When you are dealing with Court paperwork these details matter. Asia treated my documemts like they were her own and took pride in getting it right. She truly saved the day for me during a very stressful situation. I am so grateful for her professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this Fedex location for it's outstanding customer service. If you need important documents copied go here and ask for Asia you will not be disappointed. Asia is definitely an asset to your organization.
